She is responsible for the Labor Law Department at Balañá Eguía as Of Counsel. She holds degrees in Law and Philosophy, both from the University of Barcelona Member of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB) She developed her professional career over 31 years as a partner in the Labor Department at Garrigues.

She combines her professional work at Balañá Eguía with academic activity, teaching at Pompeu Fabra University and at the International University of La Rioja. She is also a regular trainer at business schools such as ESADE, and she frequently participates in training programs at Aeball (Association of Companies of Baix Llobregat) and with human resources consultants (Grup Pitagora).
